NY Thruway from Albany or Tappan Zee Bridge
Take exit 14A (Garden State Parkway, New Jersey) Get off at first exit - School House Rd. Turn right on School House Rd. and take to the end. Turn left at light - Chestnut Ridge Rd. (Rt 45). Turn right at “THE BARN” sign and then left into our parking lot. We are in the white house with Dr. Stephen Oswald. Our offices are on the second floor.

From the Garden State Parkway North
Take Exit 172 Grand Avenue (last exit in NJ). Turn left at first light on to Grand Ave. Turn right at next light onto Chestnut Ridge Rd. Follow into NY State. Go past light at Summit Ave., past the Green Meadow Waldorf School and Hungry Hollow Rd. Turn left at “THE BARN” sign and then left into our parking lot. We are in the white house with Dr. Stephen Oswald. Our offices are on the second floor.

From Route 59
Take Route 59 to Chestnut Ridge Rd. (Rt 45) in Spring Valley. Go South on Chestnut Ridge Rd. (Rte 45). Go past Old Nyack Turnpike and Dan Bucky Ford. Go past the light at School House Rd. Turn right at “THE BARN” sign and then left into our parking lot. We are in the white house with Dr. Stephen Oswald. Our offices are on the second floor.

From NYS Thruway North:
Take NYS Thruway North to Exit 14B (Suffern-Airmont Rd.), make a left at light onto Airmont Rd. At 2nd light/intersection make a right onto Rte. 59.
You will pass Good Samaritan Hospital and continue into town of Suffern
. Rte. 59 becomes Lafayette Avenue... we are #46 Lafayette.
Our building is next to North Fork Bank on right hand side, We are the last 2 storefronts in the small shopping plaza that is "sideways"... with Dominoes Pizza, Priya Indian Restaurant, and Werfel Chiropractic.

Alternative Route from NYS Thruway North:
Take NYS Thruway North to Exit 15A (exit after 15/Rte 287)
Make right at light onto Rte. 59... Follow Rte. 59 to Rte. 202 intersection, bear right.

From NYS Thruway South:
Take NYS Thruway North to Exit 15A (exit just before exit 15/Rte 287)
Make right at stopsign off exit, and at next light make a right onto Rte. 59...
Follow to Rte. 202 intersection, bear right. At next light, make a left onto Lafayette Avenue. We are #46 Lafayette .

From Palisades Parkway:
Northbound, Take exit 13, make right and at next light, make right onto Rte. 202 Southbound, Take exit 13, at light make a right onto Rte. 202
Follow Rte. 202 to Suffern (approx. 8 miles). You will see a sign when entering Suffern. At Chestnut Avenue, make a left, at next light, make right onto Lafayette Avenue. We are first building on right side after NorthFork Bank. We are the last store in that shopping plaza.

From Rte 287N:
Take Rte 287 to NYS Thruway North (Rte. 87). As soon as you are on ramp from 287 to 87 there will be an exit ramp as you are merging onto the thruway... which is exit 15A of NYS Thruway.
Make a right at stop sign off exit, Make right at light onto Rte. 59... Follow Rte. 59 to Rte. 202 intersection, bear right. At next light, make a left onto Lafayette Avenue (Also Rte. 59). We are #46 Lafayette. Our building is next to North Fork Bank.
